Our mission is to achieve equity, political rights, and social inclusion by advancing policies and practices that expand human and civil rights, eliminate discrimination, and accelerate the well-being, education, and economic security of Black people and all persons of color.
We envision an inclusive community rooted in liberation where all persons can exercise their civil and human rights without discrimination.
The Executive Committee meets on the fourth Thursday of each month from
6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
These meetings are held in a hybrid format, both via Zoom and in person at Alvernia University – Pottsville University CollegeTowne.
Zoom details are sent to every member's email prior to each meeting.
Our General Membership meetings follow the Executive Committee meeting on the fourth Thursday of each month, beginning at 7:00 PM, and typically last about one hour. These meetings are held in a hybrid format, both via Zoom and in person at Alvernia University – Pottsville University CollegeTowne.
